I have worked as Associate HR manager at Mehboob Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd for about 1 year. I had following job responsibilities while I was working at Mehboob Engineering Services,- Update internal databases (e.g. record sickness and attendance)- Prepare HR documents, new starter and induction packs- Processing annual leave requests- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues- Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and timesheets)- Carryout recruitment based administration including contacting candidates to arrange interviews- Communication with clients regarding their complaints
